Since childhood, the kitchens of my parents' house were full of smells, sounds and bright colors. Dad fried his favorite pies, and mom prepared soup, as if she was passing on secrets from generation to generation. These memories inspired me to explore the cuisines of different countries: the spicy aromas of Italian pasta, the freshness of oriental food, the comfort of French desserts. My dream is to show that anyone can cook, and it is not only simple, but also incredibly fun. Every dish is an opportunity to bring loved ones together and create something special together.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
