Evelyn Phillips

Memories of childhood take me to my grandmother's kitchen, where the smell of fresh buns mixed with the aroma of herbs. Every family feast became a holiday, uniting everyone at one table. I have always been sure that food is not just nutrition, but one of the most important forms of love. Traveling around the world, I find inspiration in different cuisines: from the spicy spices of the East to the simplicity of Italian pasta. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, and the kitchen is a place where joy and warmth are born.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at New England Culinary Institute.
