Since childhood, my kitchen has been a place of miracles, where my mother prepared fragrant dishes, and I watched the process with curiosity. Memories of family dinners burn in the heart like fire in a furnace. Over the years, I fell in love with cuisines of different nations; Each new dish opens up a whole world of tastes and traditions. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, even those who think they can’t. Cooking, like family, unites and brings joy. Simple recipes with soul are my way of sharing my love of food with you.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at New England Culinary Institute.
