The dumplings themselves are essentially dough, but tasty. It turns out to be very soft, elastic, and even pleasant to the touch. I tried the boiled-fried ones, I liked them, but you can’t eat a lot of fried dough. Finished it in 30 minutes. Half of the dough was still left in the refrigerator, it came out a lot. Then I will boil them in broth, I will have a soup with dumplings.
