I bake these gingerbread cookies often, they are delicious, I just pour syrup and lemon juice over them, in my opinion it tastes better. I'll try to take step by step photos next week.

After preparing the gingerbread cookies, I want to add the following: you need to use marmalade, not jam. The jam will leak out. Historically, apple or plum marmalade was used for gingerbread. I used homemade apple juice. I'll post the recipe in the future.
