Tea with viburnum
A healing and vitamin drink made from healthy autumn berries. Tea with viburnum is an excellent drink made from berries. It’s good to drink it when you have a cold or just during the cold season. It is believed that tea with viburnum can normalize blood pressure, especially if you drink it regularly. And it's also very tasty!

STEP 1
How to make tea with viburnum? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose ripe, strong, unspoiled berries. You can use less or more sugar, depending on your taste preferences. You can use stevia or honey instead of sugar. Remember that at high temperatures honey loses its beneficial properties. Therefore, first pour boiling water over the berries and wait until the water cools to 40 degrees, and only then add honey to the cup.
STEP 2
Wash the viburnum berries, place in a cup and mash well with a spoon.
STEP 3
Add sugar or sweetener.
STEP 4
Pour boiling water over the viburnum and sugar and stir.
STEP 5
Cover the cup with a lid or saucer and leave to steep for 5 minutes. The drink is ready. Enjoy your tea!

Thanks to the author for this recipe! For me, tea with viburnum is the taste of childhood! We used it to treat colds. I like to add honey to it when it has cooled down a little. The berries themselves must be crushed carefully, otherwise they splash in different directions) A healthy, vitamin drink. I didn’t like it as a child, but now I like autumn!

Viburnum has a specific taste, so you may or may not like it. I belong to the first category of people, so I always keep a jar of berries grated with sugar in the refrigerator.
