  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make tea with milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. This tea, by the way, is a traditional drink in Britain.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare tea, it is better to use large-leaf tea leaves (in my opinion, the taste of a drink prepared from such tea leaves is much richer and more aromatic than from a tea bag), but if you don’t have time or don’t have such tea leaves, then you can use a regular tea bag with black tea.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour the tea leaves into a teapot (it is better to use a glass or ceramic teapot for brewing, in such a container the tea leaves better reveal its taste), a teapot with a French press is convenient. You can use a mug with a strainer to brew tea if the drink is being prepared for one person. Pour the dry tea leaves with boiled hot water, the temperature of which is about 90-95 degrees, but in no case with boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour milk into tea cups. To prepare the drink, you can use milk of any fat content according to your taste and desire. Naturally, the higher the fat content, the more caloric the drink will be. Milk should be poured into cups before brewed tea. And you shouldn’t add a lot of it, so that it doesn’t drown out the taste of the tea.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour the brewed tea into the cups on top of the milk. Add sugar if desired and stir. A hot, tasty drink is ready. Enjoy your tea!

Sometimes you want to treat yourself to a delicious drink with sweets. This time my daughter also wanted to take part in my tea party) I chose milk tea, especially since we came from the cold and really wanted to warm up. I took large leaf tea without additives. I immediately brewed it in a glass and while the tea steeped we set the table. Freshly brewed tea tastes so much better! As indicated in the recipe, I first poured milk into the cups, and then tea. Added just a little sugar. The tea turned out to be a beautiful color, it is tasty, you can feel the tenderness of the milk. When I was a little girl, my mother loved milk tea like this, but without sugar. I didn’t understand its taste then. But now I really like it and even my daughter liked it. She and I, like English ladies, drank five-hour milk tea with some tasty treats. Thank you for the recipe, the memories and the pleasure received from drinking tea in the company of my daughter)
