Such a tempting recipe that I will try it in the near future. Only this whole “naturel” significantly spoils the sugar; honey is definitely there, and it’s May or acacia, linden or from herbs, they are almost not sugared. Honey, by the way, enhances the effect of ginger and lemon. You don't even need to use tea.
