    Add half a teaspoon of ground chili pepper to the shrimp. The previous time I made this dish, I added cayenne pepper. You can also add it instead of ground pepper. Just first you need to prepare it: wash it, cut off the top, remove the seeds and chop it very finely. Add to taste.

    Now that the shrimp are salted and seasoned, mix them with spices and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes, no more. This time will be enough for them to turn slightly pink and be completely cooked.

The recipe for spicy shrimp with lemon and garlic in 5 minutes interested me because the shrimp here are fried unpeeled. It really took me 5 minutes to do everything. I pre-washed the shrimp to remove the ice coat and broken legs and antennae. The shrimp came out very appetizing, aromatic, and spicy. I thought that because of the chili pepper they would be hot, but no, the heat was very moderate. Garlic and lemon go perfectly with shrimp. So the dinner-snack turned out great. The only thing is I didn't have parsley. I think it would be even tastier with it. Thank you very much for the recipe!
