Instead of dried cherries, I took frozen ones) the result was no worse. I made a cupcake with sour cream for the first time and I can say that it is the most delicious cupcake I have ever baked! Thank you Daria aka Gerda!!!

Even the cottage cheese cake didn’t seem as tasty to me as this one. It took approximately 1 hour to prepare.

p.s. I put about 1.2-1.5 cups of flour, it seemed to me that it tastes better when the dough is not very dense - it looks like yeast muffins
