My husband and I called this soup “Crimean” because we cooked it in Yalta on our host’s kerosene stove. We just didn’t know about processed cheese, so we happily replaced it with “Mivina”. But thanks for the recipe anyway – I love making roasts and trying new things.

A good idea with processed cheese, it will add sharpness and piquancy. I will definitely make it and add a few more photos to the recipe.

It took me 1 hour to cook the soup (from peeling the potatoes to serving the finished dish on the table). Delicious and simple!

There are times when you urgently need to feed your family, you open the refrigerator, and it’s empty)) today it happened to me, although it wasn’t completely empty, there were yesterday’s sausages left over from dinner, some mushrooms, processed cheese, unfortunately it didn’t turn out that way, but and it was very tasty, next time I’ll try it with cheese
