Savoiardi cookie cake without baking

STEP 1

How to make a cake from savoiardi cookies? Take the savoiardi biscuits and cut them to the required length for the sides. Place the sides with the sugar side facing out.
STEP 2

Combine strawberries with sugar and puree them in a blender to obtain a syrup-impregnation.
STEP 3

For the cream, whip cold cream in a cold bowl, add powdered sugar, mix well with a blender, then add cream cheese. Mix well until creamy.
STEP 4

The cake is very easy to assemble. Dip Savoyardi cookies well in strawberry syrup on both sides.
STEP 5

And then place them tightly next to each other in the mold. We fill the voids with small pieces.
STEP 6

Spread the cream on top. Then comes another layer of savoiardi and cream. In total, you get 3 layers of cookies and cream.
STEP 7
