STEP 1

STEP 2
If the individual casing of the sausages is not natural, they must be removed from the casing. To do this, it is convenient to pry the tip of the shell on one side with a small knife and remove it all at once.
STEP 3
To make eating sausages not only pleasant to the stomach, but also pleasing to the eye, I advise you to make shallow cuts along the entire length of the sausage. Obliquely, as in the photo.
STEP 4
Then, exactly the same cuts need to be made by turning the sausages over. The result is cross-shaped cuts, which, when heat treated, will give the sausages an even more attractive and appetizing appearance.
STEP 5
Transfer the sausages to a microwave-safe plate. The most important thing is that there should be no gold-plated elements on it. It should not be made of metal or thin plastic. Place the sausages in the microwave for about 2-4 minutes at a power of eight hundred watts. Keep in mind that everyone's microwave is different and the times and power are approximate! The readiness of the sausages can be easily determined by the cuts. They should open up and turn outward a little.
