The meat turns out very juicy and flavorful; I would add tartar sauce and baked potatoes as a side dish. And if you fry the meat not in the oven, but on the grill, then this is the best recipe for a picnic!

The meat turns out really juicy! Taking into account three hours of marinating and an hour of baking, the time spent was 4 hours 10 minutes, my men appreciated it and said thank you! Now I will often cook roasted meat on a spit
