it all took half an hour to forty minutes maximum. I made half a batch, used a little less flour than in the recipe, I like a light dough. The cherry pie was made so quickly in this test that I didn’t even have time to take a photo!)) thanks to the author

Can fresh yeast be replaced with dry yeast? If so, how many grams?
