Pork liver cutlets with starch and rice

Very tender, soft cutlets. Impossible to tear yourself away! My kids just love liver in any form. it is nourishing, tasty and healthy. But most of all they like cutlets from it. Quite recently, I tried them with the addition of rice from a friend, and of course I borrowed this recipe. Now I can share it with you. Enjoy the liver cutlets recipe with photo selection.

Here the stickiness comes from the rice, right? otherwise I make it from just the liver - you need more eggs in it, otherwise they won’t hold on

In the photo for the recipe, there is clearly not 0.5 kg of boiled rice in the saucer. So how much rice do you need??

Thank you for the wonderful recipe! I’ve never been particularly good at liver dishes, but here the first time(!) they turned out very tasty!!! My husband devoured it on both cheeks and my sons and daughters didn’t lag behind... Excellent site, I have so much to eat I learned how to cook, just great!!!

I cooked it, although I had three times more liver, but there wasn’t enough rice, but I added a little flour. Everything turned out just great! Very tasty, you can’t taste the rice at all and there’s nothing extra! The recipe is great!
