Morse made from frozen strawberries and red currants
This supervitamin bright drink will delight you all year round! I make this fruit drink when there are no more fresh berries, but vitamins are very necessary, usually in winter, and especially in spring! In the summer I always freeze berries, so all I need is a little water and honey, just a little free time - and a very tasty drink is ready! The recipe is very convenient for frozen berries, now you’ll understand why...

STEP 1
Required ingredients. Use any berries for this drink - I took the ones I had in the freezer

Wash the berries (when I freeze the berries, I don’t wash them; if you are sure that the berries are clean, you can skip this step)
STEP 3
We sort the berries and remove all unnecessary (twigs, leaves, etc., if any)
STEP 4
Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the berries and mix well
STEP 5
Wrap in a towel and leave to infuse for 1.5-2 hours, but it can be longer
STEP 6
Now we wipe the fruit juice through a sieve or in another convenient way (for example, strain through cheesecloth)
STEP 7
Our fruit drink is almost ready - now add honey
STEP 8
Mix well

Chill in the refrigerator or pour directly into a glass with ice.

nasstin, the cold weather has arrived and winter is just around the corner, as they say. The body needs the strength to overcome it, along with the troubles that lie in wait for it in the form of all sorts of viruses and colds. Therefore, it is simply necessary to replenish the body with all sorts of vitamins to strengthen the immune system. Your recipe just contributes to this, because products prepared for the winter in frozen form retain all their healing properties in the best possible way. And the added honey also increases the vitamin value of the drink. Thank you very much, nasstin, for the healthy and tasty drink!
