The fact that you don't salt the chicken is only good - it has enough mayonnaise. and for those who don’t have enough salt, you can simply pour sauce, ketchup, for example, over the finished kebab. although we also make our own barbecue sauce. mix tomato paste, garlic, vegetable oil and a lot of herbs - it turns out very tasty, better than store-bought ketchup.
