An interesting recipe, and I love the liver... but somehow I’m still afraid to cook, the liver often “shoots” in the microwave. I even cover it with a lid when heating it up so it doesn’t shoot... Isn’t there something like that when cooking?

and for some reason I don’t cook anything in the microwave except hot sandwiches, I just heat everything up. I need to try making these cutlets. Everyone loves my liver

Apparently there’s a typo here!: “I’m pouring minced meat into a microwave-safe dish,” I think this means broth
