Great! True, I don’t know why this dish is called Heh - for me, it’s just an ordinary pickled herring... I got a frozen fillet with the skin on, and that’s what I tried to marinate for the first time according to this recipe. And it turned out great! After lying overnight, the herring becomes much tastier than the “quickly ripened” herring in 2 hours. However, the author recommends doing so - leaving it overnight.
