Amber wine! This is a miracle! The cooking process itself was interesting, and especially what would come out of it and whether it would work out at all. After all, stores usually sell wine made from different varieties of grapes. And here are dandelions!!! I went to the clearing, collected bouquets and prepared the wine! The result is stunning! At first I was skeptical about this recipe until I tried to cook it myself. In the video for the recipe, I showed how the wine fermented - bubbles - as if alive, for a whole month! And then the long-awaited day of tasting arrived...everyone, young and old, gathered, everyone wanted to know the taste of dandelion, and even in this state - in the wine version. And, you won’t believe it, the result exceeded all expectations! The most delicious of wines, with a beautiful amber color, will decorate any holiday! Thanks to the author for the recipe!
