Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 day 4 hr
STEP 1
Wash the dandelion flowers, cut the lemon and put it in a saucepan. pour boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Then cover with a lid and place in a cool place for 24 hours.
STEP 3
After settling, squeeze out the flowers and lemon. Place the resulting syrup on the fire, add sugar and cook for 2 hours.
STEP 4
Pour the resulting syrup hot into sterilized jars and immediately roll up.
