I’ve been looking at a microwave cheesecake recipe for a long time and decided to try making it. For the base, I took bran cookies, mixed them with soft butter and pressed them into molds. For the cheese layer, I beat all the suggested ingredients in a blender. I took orange juice. I poured the thick mixture over the cookies. I placed one mold in the microwave for two minutes at 750 W. The mass rose strongly and then sank. Therefore, I removed some liquid from the next false form. My conclusions: the dessert is delicious, sweet, moist, tender, reminiscent of cottage cheese pudding. But due to the large number of pores, it bears little resemblance to classic cheesecake. Perhaps I overbeat the cheese mixture or something else went wrong). In any case, it turned out delicious!
