An easy, creamy soup for a quick and delicious lunch! My family and I became acquainted with this soup quite recently, while visiting friends. And cheese soup immediately gained popularity among my household, especially children. I think that every family should have its own recipe for this soup. Having slightly adjusted my friends’ recipe to suit myself, I ended up with a very aromatic and tasty meal for lunch. The basic rule of cheese soups is not to cook them for too long, but, once cooked, eat them immediately.
