Great cake! and quite tasty, and most importantly easy to prepare! It is very correct that cottage cheese and kiwi are not heated. By the way, a note to housewives: never rush or try to mix finely chopped kiwi and curd cream, much less heat it up... I did that once - it wasn’t very edible, it was bitter, it ruined the cake. Overall, a great book. My find!!! Now there is a new recipe for every day, and a new cuisine for every week. Thanks to the administration of this wonderful book. I would also like to add about the site. It would be nice if the folders also had subfolders. For example: folder - cold appetizers, and subfolders - sandwiches, canapés, etc.

I made this cake yesterday, I really liked it. tasty and healthy, because with cottage cheese and fruit. and not a lot of sugar at all, it turned out just great. If you don't have a springform mold, it's okay, it holds up perfectly even without a mold, there's nothing to spread out there. Or maybe my cottage cheese wasn’t very wet. There is no need to add either an egg or sour cream. and lemon juice makes the gelatin thicker. In general, do it - everything is simple and tasty.
