I usually cook stuffed apples in the oven, as they melt in the microwave. In this recipe, the apples are grated, and if you transfer the finished dish, then everything will mix and will not look like it. But as for the beautiful molds, I liked the idea, because you can bake them in them and serve them. These could be, for example, small bowls. And the taste of this dessert is, of course, excellent.

I want to take a photo, but can I do it without blackberries? There are a bunch of berries in the freezer (cherries, gooseberries, black and red currants, strawberries...) but no blackberries ((I think the point here is not the blackberries, but the berries...

And when baking, the juice does not flow from them to the bottom of the plate? never tried to do this? I usually bake whole apples, cut out the middle, fill them with something, wrap them in foil and put them in the oven. It also turns out very tasty. and here - shabby, in a plate, won't they darken?
