Since childhood, the kitchen has been a place of magic for me. I watched in awe as my grandmother transformed simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces, filling the house with aromas that brought everyone to the table. Family has always been at the center of my life, and it was in these joyful moments that I realized that food is more than just nutrition. As I traveled the world, I drew inspiration from various cuisines, absorbing each unique dish. Now my goal is to show that everyone can cook deliciously and with soul, filling their home with warmth and joy.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
