Since childhood, the kitchen has been my favorite place. I grew up surrounded by aromas: my grandmother baked pies, my mother cooked cabbage soup, and my father fried fish on the fire. Each dish is a story passed down from generation to generation. During my travels, I discovered the cuisines of different nations, marveling at how simple ingredients can create real masterpieces. My mission is to show that cooking doesn't have to be complicated and inaccessible. I believe that everyone can create something tasty and aromatic by gathering loved ones around the table. We are going through this journey of culinary inspiration together.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de Celaya.
