Each dish was not just food, but a part of family history, filled with love and warmth. My passion for cooking grew from these values, and I draw inspiration from different cuisines around the world - from the spices of Indian curries to the exquisite French desserts. I believe that cooking is an accessible art, and my goal is to show that anyone can create delicious, simple meals that bring people together around the table.
