Diana Parker

Memories of childhood fill the heart with warmth: how my grandmother generously sprinkled flour on the table and invited me into the kitchen to create another dish from simple ingredients. In the family, cooking has always been not only a habit, but also an opportunity to get together, swap stories and share laughter. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by the aromas and tastes of different cuisines, from Mediterranean to Oriental. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and that even the simplest recipes can bring joy and comfort to the home.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at The School of Artisan Food.
