With every splash of dough and the aroma of fresh herbs, I am transported back to my childhood, where my grandmother stood in the kitchen, making her famous pies. The family always gathered around the same table, and it was there that I learned how food brings people together. Traveling around the world, I fell in love with the cuisines of different countries, from the spices of the East to the fresh seafood of the Mediterranean. My goal is to show that anyone can cook and to make cooking accessible and fun. You don't need to be a chef to create a small culinary miracle at home.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
