Since childhood, the kitchen has been my magical place, where the aromas of homemade dishes fill the air. I watched my grandmother lovingly prepare borscht and my mother experimenting with different recipes. These moments, filled with family warmth and laughter, became the basis of my passion. Traveling opened up a world of bright tastes to me - from spicy Indian curry to the most delicate Italian pasta. My goal is to make cooking accessible to everyone. I believe cooking is easy and enjoyable, even if you only have a few simple ingredients.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tokyo Seishin Culinary Academy.
