Memories of grandma's kitchen warm the soul. Probably, my love for cooking began from then on: fried pies, aromatic borscht and melt-in-your-mouth apples pie. The family always gathered around the table, and it was there that I realized how important food is - it unites and fills with happiness. My travels around the world have opened up endless horizons of flavors: from the spiciness of Indian curry to the sophistication of Japanese sushi. I want to share this simplicity and accessibility of cooking so that everyone can create warmth and joy in their home.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Service Management at Johnson & Wales University.
