Since early childhood, the kitchen has been a magical place for me, full of aromas and memories of family gatherings. My grandmother taught me how to knead dough, and my mother shared the secrets of preparing her favorite dishes. These moments are strongly associated with feelings of warmth and love. As I traveled the world, I fell in love with the variety of cuisines, from spicy Indian curries to fresh Mediterranean salads. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible to everyone. Anyone can create a masterpiece in their kitchen, you just have to believe in yourself and experiment a little.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
