Memories of childhood are always associated with the aromas pouring out of my mother's kitchen. Each dish is not just food, but a sincere expression of love passed down from generation to generation. Exploring different cuisines around the world, I found inspiration in each of them: the spice of Indian curries, the freshness of Mediterranean onions and the heat of Mexican peppers. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Anyone can create something amazing just by looking into their family and opening their hearts to new tastes. Cooking is a joy we can share.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Innovation at Dublin Institute of Technology.
