Luna Taylor

Most likely, my memories of childhood begin with the aromas in my grandmother’s kitchen - freshly baked bread and homemade jam. The family always gathered around the table, and it was in these moments that I realized how food brings people together. Traveling around the world, I have been inspired by the diversity of cultures and traditions, from the spices of India to the freshness of Italian pasta. My goal is to help everyone experience the joy of cooking, to show that cooking can be simple, accessible and fun. Each dish is a little journey, and I want to share it with you.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de San Francisco de Quito.
