Memories of childhood are vividly colored by the aromas of home cooking. My grandmother and I made pies; her old recipes became My treasures. The family always gathered around the table, where there was an atmosphere of care and love. That's when I fell in love with cooking. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by a variety of tastes: spicy Indian curries, fresh Italian pastas and delicate Japanese sushi. My goal is to destroy the myth of difficult cooking and show that anyone can cook! In every recipe I strive to capture the warmth and joy that fills the kitchen.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at University of West London.
