Amara Hall

Since childhood, I remember how the aromas of freshly baked bread and kitchen spices mixed in my grandmother’s kitchen. This is where my love for cooking was born. Every holiday brings us together around a table filled with family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Traveling around the world, I discovered various cuisines and was inspired by their stories and traditions. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and delicious food does not require complex ingredients. I believe that real magic happens when we share dishes with loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
