Tara Brooks

Since early childhood, the kitchen has been a place of magic for me. Memories of how my grandmother prepared fragrant pies accompany me throughout my life. I quickly realized that food is not only a way to feel full, but also a way to bring a family together. Over time, my passion for cooking led to the study of various cuisines of the world: from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal was to show that everyone can cook. I am sure that the simplicity and accessibility of cooking opens up a world of inspiration, and I strive to share this with you.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Hawaii Maui College.
