Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother turned simple products into real masterpieces at the stove. The smell of freshly baked bread and herbs became a symbol of our unity. Every family dinner was a whole ceremony where everyone gathered: they shared stories, laughed and enjoyed delicious food. Studying the cuisines of different countries, I realized that cooking is a universal language that unites people. My goal is to show that cooking can be done simply and with love, regardless of culinary experience. After all, food is not only a process, but also a joy that we give to ourselves and our loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Innovation at Dublin Institute of Technology.
