Memories of childhood fill my heart with warmth: how I cooked her favorite borscht with my grandmother, while my mother baked fragrant pies. Each dish was not just food, but a story passed down from generation to generation. As I traveled the world, I discovered unique cuisines: Thai Pad Thai, Italian pasta and Mexican tacos inspired me to experiment. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Anyone can create something delicious, even without special skills. All that matters is desire and love for the process!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Centro de Formación en Hostelería y Turismo.
