It was there that I fell in love with cooking. Every dish is a story, every recipe is a memory. My passion is inspired by the diversity of cuisines around the world, from spicy tahini to delicate risotto. Through food I want to unite people, showing that cooking is simple and accessible. There are no complications in my recipes, only the joy of joint creativity and the warmth of family traditions.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Hattori Nutrition College.
