Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother’s kitchen always smelled of freshly baked bread and homemade preserves. These moments made me who I am. Family dinners were a real ritual, where everyone helped and every portion of the meal was filled with love. Traveling around the world, I absorbed the flavors and recipes of different cultures, which inspired me to experiment. My goal is to show that anyone can cook. Simplicity and accessibility of cooking is what I want to bring to everyone, so that everyone can create miracles in their kitchen.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at George Brown Chef School.
