As a child, I often wandered around the kitchen, watching my grandmother turn simple ingredients into real masterpieces. These moments gave me a love for cooking and an understanding that food is not just food, but a way for family to gather and share emotions. Growing up, I absorbed inspiration from different cuisines around the world, dreaming of creating something unique. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, and the joy of cooking is available to everyone. I believe that even the simplest recipes can bring warmth and comfort to the home.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Hawaii Maui College.
