Kelsey Clark

Growing up, there was always magic in my grandmother's kitchen. I remember how impatiently I waited for her to call me to help her cook. As I mixed the ingredients, I felt warmth pouring not only into the food, but also into our hearts. Family has always been the center of everything: at the dinner table we shared not only dishes, but also stories. A passionate student of the world's cuisines, I've found inspiration in every culture, from the spices of Indian curries to the subtle flavors of Italian pasta. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible to everyone, because food unites us.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Curtin University.
