Yes, it’s a great idea not to boil the cranberries - but just roll them with sugar! and then in winter make fruit drinks, which are great for colds and flu! I also use it in baking and pies. Our parents in the village store cranberries in a similar way, twisted with sugar in large plastic barrels in the cellar. As needed, they take out a little and eat.

I wanted to add this recipe, but I found it from you) The only difference is that I put less sugar. One to one. Then we drink fruit juice all winter). 3 teaspoons of pureed cranberries per 300 g of cold water. And no Kampot is needed.
