STEP 1
How to make a Starbucks Frappuccino? Prepare your food. You can take ready-made cream from a can, but I will whip it myself. The drink may also include syrup, caramel or chocolate, or whatever you want. In my case it's salted caramel. Since caramel is very sweet, I do not use additional sugar.
STEP 2
Pre-brew and cool the espresso, it should be strong and cold. You can brew it in any way - in a Turk, a geyser coffee maker, or a coffee machine. Take a stand blender. Pour milk, coffee into it, add ice, add syrup (caramel).
STEP 3
Pulse beat all ingredients for a few seconds. The ingredients should be mixed and the ice should turn into crumbs. That's it, the Frappuccino is ready.
STEP 4
All that's left is to whip the cream for decoration. Choose cream with the highest fat content, high quality and fresh. Read about how to beat them correctly at the end of the recipe. You can add a little powdered sugar, I don’t, I think the sweetness of the drink will be enough. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
STEP 5
Pour the drink into a tall glass. Top it with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel or any syrup you want. Serve Frappuccino with a straw. Bon appetit!
