STEP 1

How to make chicken, corn and egg salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. We will use canned corn for the salad. Open the can and drain all the liquid from the corn. Chicken meat and eggs must be boiled and cooled in advance. Place the chicken in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and place the eggs in cold water to cool.

To prepare the salad, the ingredients must cool completely. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes. Remove the shell from the eggs.
STEP 3

To mix ingredients, take a comfortable deep bowl. Combine chicken and chopped eggs in a bowl. Eggs can simply be cut with a knife or crushed using an egg slicer.
STEP 4

Cut the cheese into small cubes, about the same size as the chicken. Place the chopped cheese in a bowl with the salad.
STEP 5

Place the canned corn and add some chopped fresh herbs.
STEP 6

To dress the chicken salad with cheese and corn, use sour cream and a little mustard for flavor. You can add a little salt to taste. Toss the salad with the dressing, cool slightly and serve. The finished salad can be placed in portions or in a common salad bowl. Bon appetit!
