STEP 1

Necessary products.

Cut the layer of defrosted puff pastry into rectangles. Using a cookie cutter, cut out one or two hearts on one side of the rectangles.
STEP 3

Place 1 tbsp on the opposite side of the dough rectangles. l. jam, 1 cm from the edge.
STEP 4

Cover the jam with dough to form a square.
STEP 5

Using a fork, seal the edges of the dough on all sides.
STEP 6

Lightly beat the egg with a fork. Use a silicone brush to coat the top of the puff pastries with egg.
STEP 7

Bake jam puffs in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
