A non-alcoholic version of a popular drink. A mega-healthy drink, rich in vitamins, essential oils of citrus fruits, cloves, star anise, vanilla and allspice. Quite easy to prepare.

    Pour a liter of pomegranate juice into the pan. We do not add water. Put this on low heat. On an electric hob, I always cook it on mode 3 (out of nine). Do not add sugar.

    Then cut the orange, lemon and lime into slices and put three pieces of each citrus into a saucepan with mulled wine, add allspice, cloves, a vanilla stick and star anise. Next, all this is simmered on low heat for 50-60 minutes. Under no circumstances should the juice be allowed to boil or begin to boil (“bubble”). In this case, the entire drink will be irrevocably spoiled.
